About Sorting It Out
Bronwyn Powell established Sorting It Out to help employers and employees sort out problems in the workplace.
It is not always possible to stop problems occurring at work. When they do occur it is important to recognise there is a problem, and if you can’t resolve the problems yourselves, get help. Sorting It Out provides this help by assisting employers and employees understand what the real issues are, what their employment rights and obligations are and how the problems could be resolved.
Get help as soon as possbile
Early assistance is important because it can prevent problems getting worse and can enable problems to be sorted out more quickly and at lower costs in terms of money, stress, impact on others in the work place and loss of productivity.
Sorting It Out can help those involved talk to each other openly and honestly through mediation or facilitation of meetings.
Sorting It Out can also advise you, advocate and negotiate on your behalf, and investigate allegations made by one or more staff members.
